Question on the Status Email

So I placed an order for a Lynx Level 2 on 7/20/2020 and I was curious on the status of if, I dug through the website and found the Email [email protected] and I’m curious if I need to format the Email a certain way.

No need to format anything special for e-mails. Check your spam, sometimes they end up in there. If you haven't heard anything, do give them a call. This is a user's forum.

In seriousness though hoserator is correct, I think I've had at least one or two DS emails end up in spam over the years, so I'd check there if you've been expecting a response or update that way.

Well the thing is that I’ve been checking every part of my Email, including the Spam section and got nothing. I sent out a customer support request to see if the radio silence is from them being busy or if I messed up something in during the ordering process, but I got no response from that either.

Yeah, I sent out an Email yesterday but I chose a really bad day, I’ll send it out tomorrow since it’s nearing the end of business hours.
