Hello, I just want to ask Somethings regarding livestreaming on youtube using obs..
I have very fast internet and my pc specs are i7 7820x, 1080ti, 16gb ram and Im planning to use a single pc streaming set up, however, the quality of my stream is still not how I want it to be. Im streaming pubg and Ive downscaled my video to 1280x720 at 60fps with a bitrate of 3.5-5k (quality difference was unnoticeable whatever i set to), and my cpu preset being at fast. Is there any better option to get a high quality stream where it gets close to what im actually seeing on my screen? Also, is there a benefit in using a capture card, lets say elgato hd60 pro on a single pc set up with my specs for livestreaming?

Thanks for any help and suggestion you guys can give me.
