You need to ensure that the email you placed an order with is the same as the email you have registered with the forum. Customer service can also help you get the icon if you don't want to change any emails. Smile

If you purchased a sytem from DS normally they automactically give you the logo.  You can also e-mail Alex with your order # and he will take care of it.
