hi
i dont understand anything about PC and need help

i have a choice to get i7 10700 with RTX2060
or 9700 with RTX2070

what would be a better buy same price for both

i have a good gaming screen

The processors are neck and neck, so buy the better GPU (2070). Not a close call.

Both cpus are great and super fast 8 cores. Practically the same thing really. So I agree with Cratae that the 2070 would be the better bet and would be more noticeable in games. Good to note that the rtx 3070 is 500 dollars if you can snag one of these and is basically the same performance as a 2080ti. I don't know how much your paying for a 2070 but atleast their wouldnt be a wait.
