you have option to choose which case you want....liquid cooling should be same in both cases..if you pick the same option for both...the color is a dye..it has no effect on the cooling ability...you need i would think yearly mantainence on a liquid cooled computer..needs to be flushed and re filled...also levels should be checked weekly...overclocking varies from computer to computer no two are alike and cooling wont effect how much a unit can be overclocked...but liquid cooling is more effective in an overclocked rig.....and sorry dont play cod4..hope this has helped

liquids are MUCH better at removing heat then air is. Afterall even the best of the best air cooling can only get you as cool as how hot it is in your room. Overclocking is difficult to say considering each chip is different, but you will get better final results on the same chip if you compared air vs liquid. The Video card should also overclock as well, but keep in mind some cards artifact at certain OC levels even if they are cool enough. An example would be my 280 GTX FTW edition. At a 745(602 stock) core it starts to artifact even though the temps are only 73C under load. Also keep in mind if you upgrade a lot, a liquid cooling system is a bit more of a hassle to change things out on. And also liquid cooled GPUs cost substantially more then stock air cooled ones as they have to have specially crafted water blocks built onto them.
Maintence of a liquid cooling system usually involves just checking and refilling the liquid now and then. I believe its every 6 months or so, the liquids can be bought on sites like newegg, and are fairly inexpensive less then 10 bucks.
The 950i case is the best they currently offer for water cooling IMHO.
The tubing i dont know about youd have to ask a DS guy.
Vista 64 here and ive played CoD4, its exactly the same as with XP and 32 bit. No differences.

ty so much for the info. Im curious about what the Twister boost maximum performance is please, 4.2 ghz how do you achieve this? And im undecided on what case to buy with my system either the 850 the 950 anyone who has pictures of a liquid cooled system with either of these cases please post them and the processor and your over clock speed. thanks again im almost there

The 4.2 is just for show in the banner, its not ment to be a guarentee of performance, basically with their overclocking options they will do various things. Mostly for the CPU overclocking all they do is increase the FSB and voltages....an amatuer can do this, but what youd be saving is time because its quite time consuming trying to find each chips stable zones. And its scary if its your first time and you see your computer blow up many times with blue screens and what have you...so i can understand why people would pay for it. When they first brought that page up we commented on the banner saying 4.2Ghz and how it might be confusing to people. With liquid cooling and a lucky chip i can see a quad getting over 4. dual cores are fairly easy to get over 4. I have a dual core and thought i had it stable at 4.27 but it loses stablity after about an hour of hardcore gaming, so i clocked it back down to 3.8 for the time being till i figure out correct voltages. General information is that the 850i is better suited for air cooling, while the 950i is better of liquid.
The Cosmos S can also do liquid cooling, though I dont know how well. Its very good for air cooling though. Some say the 850i is better for air, but i tend to disagree...my S is very very open airflow...
