I am not sure how this post fell through the cracks, but the bottom line is that after not getting a single bit of feedback, I have opted to go with Solaris PC. Best wishes to all at DS!

I hate it when this happens. We patrol the forums, but how vigilant can we be? If you don't hear back from us here on the forums within a day or two... Try giving us a call, it's why we're here.

He probably missed the email config for review option when he was playing with the customize screen. The forums should be the last place you go when you want answers fast.
#1 Call DS
#2 Email DS
#3 Post on Forums
...
#4 Send them snail mail with an Elvis 25th Anniversary edition postage stamp.

In retrospect, those questions could have easily gone in a config email, but I wanted to support your effort to build community by posting them here. Oh well.
Maybe next time I'll buy Digital Storm!

Sam,
Avarice nailed this on the head, but I'd like to kindly offer two pieces of advice for next time.
First of all, register with the forum. If someone had responded to your question, you wouldn't have received a reply email. Unless you use Comcast. Comcast seems to block emails from DSO.
Second, standard forum protocol seems to be that if you don't get a response to your first post, type "bump" in areply to your own thread to "bump" the topic back to the top of the forum list.
Regards
