mine recently came with all the manuals for the hardware, all the extra attachments for the motherboard/case, a binder with all the CD's and a quick reference list just in case something goes wrong during shipping. Mine worked great out of the box and it was packed very well.

It will come with the specialized custom binder with everything about your computer along with all the extra parts that come with the hardware in your computer. This also includes all the cds for software, drivers, etc.

Mine came in a box packed with styrofoam blocks to fit the box so it would not rattle, the a double flap box filled with manuals, a binder with startup and trouble shooting instructions as well as plastic CD/DVD sleeves in the binder with all the original driver disks and a custom recovery disk.

I also got a bag chock full of cables and wires and connectors a triple SLI bridge (my 2 way SLI bridge was connecting my 2 9800GTX.)

Also obviously my computer was in the box or else I would have been rather pissed :)
