Hi clayp..  Sorry for all the problems but we're not sure what's what.

If the sound card connections don't match what Creative has then maybe, and I'm just guessing, that you're hooking to the motherboards audio ports and not the SoundBlaster's ports.  If I'm wrong then sorry but just making sure.

This is where you Shouldn't be hooking to if you have a seperate sound card. I took this pic from Tidgxor's in another thread.  The six colored ports on the right, rotated clockwise 90 degrees on back of pc, are for the motherboard's built in audio.

This is where you should be hooking to(your card might be a bit different.  The back connections will run horizontally as you look at back of pc and below where the usb, etc ports are.

Hello clayp, if I remember from a previous thread you don't have any way to take a photo of the back of your machine (so we can guide you) do you?

Alright, have you tried sending an email to  [email protected] ?
I know you mentioned that you hadn't received any responses, but you might give them a try. I think if you have someone who can work with you in real time, that they could get you up and running.

For us on the forum, the problem is that you have no sound at all correct? Have you made sure that you have all the correct drivers for your sound card?

If push comes to shove, you could always try each port (trial and error), but my guess is that you've probably already done that.

I looked up our emails and we received no email to [email protected] with your order number or an email from your email address at all.

I do see that the team provided you instructions on disabling the onboard sound and re-installing your sound card drivers to help with the issue. Have you tried that?
