The shipping status hasn't been updated for over 2 days. It says "In Transit - Reno, NV" Is it normal? Is it STILL in Reno, NV? Or is it moving FROM Reno?

Mine was exactly the same for several days (I think at least 5 days including the weekend). In fact, mine actually got here a day early!

 The estimated date of delivery says July 26th. But at http://fedex.com/grd/maps/ShowMapEntry.do it says 5 days which should be here by tomorrow or Saturday. Man, I wish it got here on Saturday...else I'm going crazy

You know I honestly don't remember. It was at the very least very close to the estimated date of delivery one way or another. It was a very average delivery, not late nor early. The only irritating part was the lack of tracking updates for 4 out of the 6 business days worth of travel. You'd think I would be used to such lack of tracking updates by now, but when you're waiting on your baby to arrive its worse than waiting for Christmas morning. |

yeah, fedex/ups will sometimes post up "Wait 5 days for update", and you just have to sit there, every day refreshing the page, praying for an update, until 6~7 days later, a LATE update comes. :D

You can call Fedex with your tracking number and find out exactly where it is. The same thing happened to me last week with my gtx 480, and it still didn't come the day of expected arrival causing me to miss half a day of work UNPAID.
I really wish Fedex was more consistent with their tracking. |

Well after my Fedex tracking saying it was still in Sacramento... It just popped up in Tampa FL and is out for delivery to me ahead of schedule! It was supposed to be here Monday, so I am pumped that my one day early is more like 3 days early!!!

That is actually kind of a fun fact to know. I expected it to be close, about 100-200 miles, no way I expected them to have a difference of only 3 miles though! Good Luck |

Call them and see if you can pick it up! haha... I still haven't touched my box yet. I just spent 3hrs replacing all the plumbing bits/pieces in the toilet in my office that just cost me 16000 gallons. Yes you read that right... SIXTEEN THOUSAND gallons leaked through one toilet in a month! |

Does FedEx deliver on Saturday? I remember getting a package on Saturday both from UPS and FedEx, well, and from USPS. ON the tracking site it says its "On FedEx vehicle for delivery" but the scheduled delivery is on Monday...now I'm really confused.

I called FedEx and they told me it will be here on Monday because they do not deliver on Saturdays. I said to them that on your website it says you deliver residential ground packages from Tuesday-Saturday. The representative said "oh really? then you will get it today...probably" and then she went silent. I asked if she could confirm that, she said that she can't help me anymore. Are they clueless or what!? Maybe stoned! Gosh the bigger company=crappier customer service. Now i don't know where I should wait or go there. And I thought, today I will be the kid on Christmas morning...

http://fedex.com/us/services/us/index.html says otherwise. And I did get Saturday deliveries before from FedEx, UPS and USPS. Service Days: Tuesday–Saturday. Delivery is between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. FedEx Ground picks up packages Monday–Friday. Edited by avaldemon - 24 Jul 2010 at 10:41am |

Yes me too. I'm really impatient, frustrated and grumpy today. Next time I order I will specify not to use FedEx. I never had this much confusion and frustration with UPS.
