Hey,

Was this cpu discontinued?   someone posted that it was on the cpu comparison chart post here and also that they weren't in stock at the moment,  http://www.digitalstormonline.com/forums/forum_posts.asp?TID=190&KW=qx6800&PID=7719#7719

I just called dso today and upgraded to that cpu so im just checking.

I just want to know is why DSO put the QX6800 back on there list? hehe.
Processor: QX6850 (3.3Ghz)
RAM: 4GB 1066 Dominators
Graphics: 2x 8800GTX 768MB

HDD 1: 2x 150GB raptor (RAID 0)

Yes the QX6800 was discontinued by Intel.

I don't see it on the config pages =x
The only thing that keeps me wishing on a wishing star.

well I called today and asked to change to that cpu (QX6800), the customer service rep said ok so I thought everything was okay.

I'll call tomorrow and switch to QX6850 if that is the case.
