RAM Frequency Shows Up Differently in BIOS

Hey guys, I just got through a BIOS update, problem is, I have no clue how to force DDR3-1333Mhz RAM speeds now. The pop-up menu now shows x4, x6, x8, etc, instead of the text I can comprehend Cry (as in, Force DDR-1333, etc.) Any clue what I should hit to force 1333Mhz? Yes, I have 1333Mhz RAM.
