I have 3 gigs of mushkin ddr3 1333 ram.  I'm upgrading to another 3 of the same.
 
Is their really a big difference between 1333 and 1600?
 
Would it be cool to overclock my ram to 1600?  If so should I install memory fans?

you will never notice the difference.

you can install mem fan if you like, it always nice to have but never a necessity.

You do it thru the bios, and if its not done right it can corrupt your files and that will be the least of your problems.
