On the Corsair Dominator DHX sticks do you use the GT or can you special request it?

2000MHz will be the GT, if you want 1866 GT you will have to specially request it.

You can get 12GB but I wouldn't recommend it.

12 Gigs of RAM puts double the stress on the integrated memory controller. It is not a problem for stock speeds, but does place limits on how high you can overclock your chip. That is why I am guessing he is not recommending it.

That and it takes much longer to stabilize a high overclock.

Venom has said that the Mushkin that they use is CAS 9 I thought? the Corsair Dominator has CAS 7 & and CAS 8 modules. Mushkin does make a CAS 8 in the standard flair.

oh they are using the cas9 from mushkin? for some reason I thought the mushkin was cas8, the ones listed on the upgrade page are 8 I believe
