Ok, When I start up my pc, I usually open up CS:S (Counter-Strike Source) and play. I dont get lag until about 15 minutes has passed. I get lag which makes me restart my pc so I can play smooth again. Also, If I start up my pc, and I open a program before opening the game, I'll get bad lag also. Please help me.
Specs: AMD Athlon(tm) 64X2 Daul Core Processor 5200+ 2.69GHz 3.25 GB of RAM (Windows XP) 7600 GS (Ordered 8800 GT) |

500 should be good, i would say go with 850 tho, if you plan on going into SLI or crossfire with two cards
your 300 Watt psu is def WAY behind the recommended supply of 450+ for most graphics cards |
