Should I get a 74/150gb 10k rpm raptor drive for gaming, or for my boot drive or should I just forget it all together?
I'm looking to add 1 or 2 tb Hdd's later on to use my comp as a Tivo but until then gaming is my #1 priority. Thoughts? (i've done some research but the likers like it and the haters hate it) |

So... ssd for boot, 7.2k for gaming/TV saving from tuner.
thats the best way to go about adding the final push for a 3k gaming/tvtuner? |

SSDs are still fairly expensive, but they are getting close to decent prices to warrent an investment. a 64GB OCZ will still run roughly 280 bucks on newegg. But honestly thats much much cheaper then the other SSDs.But if you have the money more power to you.
