I think I've saw this post by someone before but I can't find it so I'm creating a new post on it. My razer tarantula just failed on me, it's not working at all and I have no idea why. I just had it for two weeks ish Wink
any help on that? i've tried reinstalling the new driver but it's still not working. everytime i reboot my computer it works in the beginning but as soon as it gets into windows it just stop working on me.

i have vista 32 bits and i'm pretty sure the drivers is up-to-date

ya i hear the same thing. i'll be receiving the Lycosa as a gift for christmas ( i hope) lets hope i dont have the same issue . :: crosses fingers::

p.s havnt had any problems with any other razer product that i own. (Deathadder, Barracuda AC-1 and Barracuda HP-1.)

call up razer. Im not sure how there tech support is, but it wouldnt hurt to try

yes i did buy it from DS, but if i remember it right, the all the external hardward like the keyboard and mouse isn't included in the warranty right?
ya it's been working fine for two weeks, well it worked fine for one week then the next the media player button and play/stop button stopped working and now the whole keyboard isn't responding

so i decided to give it one last try, and it's actually working now..though the small keys like the media player and all still not functioning but at least i can type and play on it Heart

Ya I had problems with mine too but I had a brand new Das keyboard in the closet which is what I use now
