RBG Lights not working

When I started up my pc my rgb lights didn’t come on I don’t know what to do it’s my first time owning a pc

It's best to unplug your PC from the wall, and hold down the power-on button for about 5-10 seconds to discharge any capacitors that may be storing some juice. Then take off the side panel, touch metal on the case to ground your self. Start at the business end of whatever isn't turning on, and follow the wiring back to where it gets power from the motherboard. Check for loose connections anywhere along the way. Sometimes an improperly seated part will not look or feel like it, so try to re-seat each connection the best you can. Best not to mess with anything else that's performing okay.

All done, plug her back in and power back up to see what you've got. Hope it gets you going again!
