Hi,
I had a really good support experience with DS and want to share. Two of the eight hot swap bays in my Aventum X did not have SATA cable runs to the motherboard. I thought DS just didn't run the cables at all but it turns out they were hiding behind the hot swap bays and just were not run to the motherboard. Anyway, problem solved. Here is the feedback I shared with DS: This request has been open for a while but now I think I see why. Andrew took his time. He was not in a hurry. We methodically worked through the problem and solved it. It took about about 40 minutes and after we were done, Andrew asked me if I had any other questions about the system. I asked questions and he had answers. He knew exactly what he was talking about. He even looked over my build and suggested that if I upgrade my m2 to the Samsung 980 pro, I would see a huge increase in read / write speeds. We could have gone on talking forever. This is one of the best customer service experience I have ever had. Thank You! |
