Hello all I am recently a new customer. (just ordered my rig on the 10th)I keep checking my order and it is at the "We have received your order, but not have processed it."  I was just wondering how long it takes for DSO to start a computer or if they are backed up?  I recently have read some reviews and am worried about the rig taking months to get to me.  I do not mean to be impatient, but I am wondering when my credit card will be charged etc. 

I guess reading some of the negative reviews have gotten me nervous Smile

I ordered on the 11th, It got processed on the 12th, cleared my bank account today.
 
If you used a debit, and it was above 2500 bucks many banks have a limit of 2500 and will instantly reject anything higher, you need to get a temp raise by calling them up.
 
I dont even know if thats your case, but i figured id give it a tell lol

okay then..wasnt that lol. Youll probably have it processed soon, they will probably reply to this tomorrow though considering its pretty late =P

debit cards can have limits at any level, it depends on the bank, the customer, etc. i've seen anywhere from 250-5,000
however, DSO will notify you if they are unable to process the transaction

When I ordered mine, it took (i think) about 4 days from the day I ordered until the day it hit my credit card.

Just hang in there, I don't think they are gonna reject your order.  I am sure they want your money!  Big%20smile
