It's been years since I've built a computer and am looking for advice on what would be the best config for my measly $1,400.  I would like to play Modern Warfare2 and WoW on a 24" monitor.  It's not much to work with and I'm not expecting miracles but I appreciate your input.

I guess you need to look at the prebuilds
