Im torn between recommending these two types of ram to a friend. Both have the same price of 219.99, though the reaper has the mail in rebate and we all know those can take a while to get back. But anyways!

 
Which is the better bang for the same buck?

Good luck. Im leaning towards the intel extreme just for the extra 1800 profile, but chances are shed NEVER need it. The cooling looks better on the reaper as a counterpoint.

I also think the Extreme is the best choice, but it would be even better if it were Xtreme.  Yah!

yea, they sold out just as i was about to order it for her last night lol.....figures!! now i have to wait....
 
Though thats not a bad thing, the prices on them came down recently about 20 to 30 bucks. Back when it was 250 bucks i was like..no way thats too expensive for just some ram. But strangely I guess my too expensive zone starts around 220 because i seem fine with the price now haha.
