Just read an article on ARO 2013. Do you guys recommend using registry cleaner programs and if so, which ones do you like?

CCleaner coupled with a complete uninstaller, such as Revo, will do the trick.

Most registry cleaners, even those as highly regarded as CCleaner's utility, aren't the massive performance boosters they claim to be. That being said, I'd still recommend doing it, but only with freeware, I would never pay for a registry cleaner.

Thanks for the responses. I tried the CCleaner and it cleaned out a lot of stuff.

yes, registry cleaner software is a good thing to use in your system. This tool removed all unused registry and helps you in increasing your computer speed. I would recommend Recoveryfix Registry cleaner software.
