hello,
i am going to buy a DS computer however i would like to know if DS will pay for shipment back to America for repairs? (because I live in Australia) or should I take it to a local shop?
I mainly want to know this because if they're is a problem on unboxing i dont wanna send it to America for three weeks then 3 weeks again to come back.

Sending it back for service is a last resort. Usually we have replacement parts sent directly. If we need to have it come back for service within the first 30 days, we can help cover 1 way shipping, after 30 days, the customer is fully responsible for shipping costs.
