If you can get to the desktop at all. then use Bluescreenview or WhoCrashed and and open it after the next crash.  It'll give you info on the cause.

Have you reseated the graphics card and ram sticks?

Make sure the power plug into the back is seated all the way in.  It can be a tight fit.

Plug directly into a wall outlet for now, not a surge protector or UPS device.

Sounds like a loose connection or a short.  Check all the wiring to the mobo, drives and fans, even unplugging some just to see if it boots.

If the psu is a modular, then check its connections, also.

If your mobo has integrated video, then remove the video card, and use the integrated video ports near the usb and audio connections, just to help isolate the problem.

If it's restarting just after the Windows 7 logo starts during boot, it may be that somehow the SATA driver isn't matching your SATA mode in BIOS.  Should be running in AHCI unless you have a RAID configuration.  You could check the mode in BIOS to match what you have.  May have gotten corrupted somehow.

Tyvm both of u for the fast replies I've reseated both ram and gpu's and no change also reseated all cables to mobo. I'm not sure how to connect video on mobo panel only thing my monitor has is dvi and Hdmi. Hopefully some more troubleshooting will resolve the issue

Just saw your specs. Not sure if I missed it or you added them to help us.

That mobo doesn't have onboard video, so no way to follow that suggestion.

I would remove one of your 570s and try just one at a time.   Also try one card at a time, swapping between the different Pcie slots.

Good luck.
