Hi, I plan to ship my broken PC back for fixing (I purchased it a year or so ago). I was wondering, before we start digging in emails, what information is required for me to ship it to them (and for them to know that it is our computer)? Thank you.

They should have your info on file so they know it is your computer. As for the information for you to ship it to them i don't know.

You need to contact them and set up an RMA number or their equivalent.   You don't just ship it without going through tech support.   Then they will give you the info needed, cost to ship it both ways, etc.

The big thing as bprat22 mentioned is to be sure DS knows about the problem, has went through the issues with tech support, and has created an RMA (etc.) for you to return the PC to them with.

Otherwise the shipping dock people at DS might be left scratching their heads as to why a PC just showed up out of the blue. Big%20Smile

You must do as bpratt22 and Tidgxor stated and call DS before shipping for an RMA.That phone call might resolve your issues.Big%20Smile
