Hello,
I did email the management email, but I want to change my order cancelation to making another order. I haven't been refunded yet as I placed the first order today and it just put a hold on the card today. I know I'm to contact them directly but also wanted to see if I could raise attention here as well. Rather not be charged a cancel fee if I'm going to turn around tomorrow and order anyway.

Emailing and calling is the best choices here. This forum is mainly users with the occasional appearance of some staff; Alex, Nav and Stellar. They pop in once in a while.

You might want to go directly to Alex's email ([email protected]) as he is the official "guy who gets things done".

Also it's good to note that the regular office staff work have weekends off... it's only the builders, IIRC, that are working weekends to catch up on orders.

So if the order was placed, and cancelled, yesterday then you should still ahead of the system.
