Ok im pretty much a noob when it comes to computer components and configs and what works with what, but i was referred to this site by a friend to build myself a gaming comp.  This will not be for crazy twitch based FPS games but more for newer mmorpgs like warcraft, Age of Conant, and Warhammer.  I sent it to review and they recommended upgrading the cooling and sound card, so i did that, so how does it look now?

Also when adding the d-link wireless network card do you still get a input slot if you want to do a direct line or does it take over that spot?

Another question is RAM.. ive been trying to do research but everyone i ask says something diff, some say 2gig at 800mhz is enough and that i wouldnt notice a gaming difference with 4gig on the games i would be playing, others say go 4... so any input on that would be helpful too.

The D-Link wireless card is just wireless. There is no ethernet port for a direct connection.

You might be better off with a single 9800 card since a lot of MMOs aren't graphic intensive.

If you alt tab a lot with tons of programs running such as instant messengers, mirc, browsers, vent, fraps, sony vegas, etc.. go with 4 GB of ram.

The Mother Board has Dual Gigabyte Ethernet ports so the wireless card will not take that away.

Also I would at least go with 800 Mhz Ram over the 667.

Another thing to consider is going with a better single graphics card such as Sky recomended, that way you can upgrade later to SLI by adding a second card.  If you go with two now, and you want to upgrade later you will have to replce both cards.

If you plan on going SLI with the selected case go with the stage 3 cooling as the case is not the greatest at removing large amounts of heat.

One other thing - in order to get full use of the 4 Gb of RAM you should go with Vista 64 Bit.  The 32 Bit version will onlly be able to see/use ~2.8 Gb of the 4 Gb.

So drop down to a single 9800

And are there any other benefits of vista 64 bit for an mmorpg gamer/casual computer user?  Or should i just stick with vista-32 and drop down to 2gig of a higher speed RAM?

The 780i is a DDR2 board.

The 790i is the DDR3 board.
