We ordered my laptop, an XM 15, back in the beginning of February.  I had to wait about a month to receive my laptop due to the sandybridge motherboard issues.  The same day we placed the order I was sent an email letting me know that the laptops would not be ready until sometime during March, beginning of April.  My husband heard on the forums that the motherboards had been received and testing had begun on the laptops.  I tried to check on the status of my order, but couldn't find anything, so I sent an email to customer service.  I received a response telling me that the motherboards would not be in until the end of March, and I'd most likely be receiving my laptop at the beginning of April.  My husband continued to hear that the motherboards were in and testing had begun.  I sent an email again, this time to Alex, who was able to tell me that my laptop had already shipped the day before, Big%20Smile.  
 This level of customer service from Alex alone cemented me as a lifetime customer.

 Then I received my laptop.  LoveLoveLove

 The picture is crystal clear, the keyboard has a ten key on the side, which I can't even begin to describe how much I love!  The keyboard is the most comfy laptop keyboard I've ever felt.  I can't even begin to describe how amazing this laptop is. 

 Digital Storm, you have a customer for life with me!

I like that it has a num pad, even if it does look a little cramped.

Could you tell me what level of laptop you got? Also, are the speakers any good? I wouldn't use them all the time, but it would be nice not to have to wear my headset every time I used it you know.
