First honest thing I would have to say that my new Velox didn't start out the best of all computers. In fact it was the nightmare from hell and I began to seriously believe the reviews that Digital Storm was a company to avoid. Having received a computer that was damaged during transit was not impressive and such little care in the packaging for such a big box I was frustrated. I had to package it back up after dealing with additional problems with a failing graphics card being the final straw. I also was given the wrong graphics card by the company in the initial purchase. Customer service was extremely slow in getting me back up and running with the slowest priority replacement time I ever seen and to add insult to the injury they sent it by ground. Though despite this huge hiccup my new computer is running flawlessly and looks beautiful. They added a couple nice little touches that i never ordered on my original computer like color led fans and watercooled option for my evga video 980 ti card. I am hoping for a computer that lasts a long time and that they can improve there customer service as its been a pain to deal with. I love the fact though that the system is organized and everything appears professionally done.

Sorry to hear about your first impression, I had a similar issue with shipping (damaged stuff) but that I blame the shipping company for. DS did ultimately take good care of me which is why I'm here.
I hope from here on your pc is trouble free and that DS will learn from your situation and grow from it. You got any pics and stats? |

I'm sorry to hear about your experience, that's not how we normally do business. There was a time period where we were extremely tight with getting back to customers, however, we are all behind that now. Feel free to contact me via email "[email protected]" if you need any other help.
