RGB control doesn't change colors of the PC.

Monitor: Dell Ultra Sharp

RGB control doesn't change colors. The remote control is on (the red light still works) but when I try to change the colors it does not change as well as the rest of the other settings.

I need help with this if maybe the issue is with the control itself or the PC.

Did you try to contact DS tech support for your DS purchase?
