Hello, I'm looking for the rgb light and fan software called gaming centeru. I contacted digital storm management about the request for the software after reformatting my laptop I purchased. I had a bad experience with a supervisor he called himself named John Sweger, he wasn't very much help with my issues upon contacting digitalstorm. I feel like he purposely isn't responding to my request considering it's going to management. I just want my voice heard and as a verified customer who has purchased 2 computers, I feel I should get great customer service. Thank you for your time...

You should be able to download the software when you login to "My Account" at the top of our website.

Took me over a week and about 7 calls to finally get the software emailed to me as well as a few forum posts. Ill gladly share if needed.

I was told the same but nothing was in my Nova account zip.

There should have been files in the ZIP archive such as drivers, etc? Was it just missing the Contol Center software? Please email me directly so we can verify and ensure those files are added ([email protected])

In my case, the software for Game Center was not in the zip file under my account. I assume the same issue for the other person as well. Looks like it needs to be added. I did receive it via a tech though in an email. Can I share it here?
