I have already looked at the instruction paper thing.
(however, my pc did not come with one) Nothing I try so far has any affect on the lights whatsoever. Things I've tried on the remote: -Power button -Lock button -Gear button -RGBW Buttons -Removing battery, and replacing battery (the remote's light turns on, so it has power) None of this has had any success in changing the lights at all. |

Most of us who contribute here do not have the most recent equipment. We can't really address issues with stuff we don't have. Sounds like a the remote might be defective, or there's a loose connector in the lightstrip. You could trace those wires and make sure they're firmly seated where they get power from your board.
If that's no help, you'll need to be in touch with DS tech support. They are very good. Good luck. |

I recently encountered the same problem on my Lumos, after having the Remote work correctly for over 2 years. Checked the batteries and found that they were good. So, I have no clue what is wrong. Like Cretae said, maybe the Remote just goes bad after a few years.
