So I was wondering if the RGB lights on the inside or a RGB fan was to go out how do I go about that?

LEDs are rated for 50,000 hours. The light strip inside the case is relatively inexpensive, and you can find all kinds of replacements online.
DS will be able to send you a replacement fan or tell you what it is so you can buy your own. Also fairly inexpensive.
