Hello,
I posted a long message 5 weeks ago about order #151636. It was removed but the short version is I have a computer that is almost a year old and I've only been able to use it a few times. It arrived with a leak and the cooling reservoir temperature display not working. After making due by catching the drip in a small cup and refilling as needed I decided to call for RMA. Wrong part was sent, I fixed the issue by turning the fitting 1/4 of a turn. After booting it back up the MB hung on VGA light. I called and worked with support for 3 hours with no resolution. So, I boxed it up, paid $175 to freight it back, waited 3 weeks for the return yesterday. I filled it up, pressed the power button and guess what? It hangs on the VGA light....
Here I sit with a $7,500 paper weight after it was FIXED by DS support. How is New Worlds ? I've not been able to play......

I have been a Digital Storm customer proudly for over 12 years and just ordered the replacement for this 12 year old DS Beast that is showing its age. I can assure you after watching several of these issues get resolved over the years that Alex and Digital Storm in general are very honorable people and will have your back to get this issue resolved. Checking back through the Forum you will see that Digital Storm always goes the extra mile to get it right for the customer. There are people in the delivery path that occasionally don't understand the word Fragile-Handle With Care. Even before Alex personally responded I knew the issue would be appropriately addressed. With Alex involved you are good as GOLD!!!

Update:
I'm still in Stage 1 of the repair and this month is my computers 1 year anniversary :) Lost ARK Beta starts this week. I will vicariously enjoy it through YouTube. Cheers! |
