I just checked your order out as well and Sarah did look into and I've also passed the notes over to our shipping manager.
 
We'll get this pickup request issued again today.
 
We did request one before, as per the email you received stating that the request was approved (see below) but for some wierd reason FedEx did not process it. I'm very sorry.
