RTX 3060 TI is not cutting it - Please advise

Your guidance will be appreciated. I mistakenly purchased this configuration with the RTX 3060 TI graphics card based upon recommendation, but find it woefully taxed upon use. Here was my explanation of what I do.

I have purchased four DS PC's in the past and have been very pleased. The one that I am replacing is a 2009 I7.I wish to spend $2500.00. I will use it primarily for Everquest,an RPG. I will be driving three logons and managing three avatars that way.
For that are not familiar with it it is a 22 year old RPG and is very, very heavy on graphics especially with a hundred or so avatars in the same area.casting spells, etc..and heavy server loads."

I am using one 1080 monitor and the card is in the 90% to 99% range while at rest, meaning, I am not actually moving around but just having the characters standing still.

I need to upgrade to a card that will not be maxed out like this. All of the card advertisements talk in language that I am unable to equate to my needs. Please assist.

Good catch and appreciated. Why I was packaged with that driver I wonder. Anyways, I just installed the correct driver and the results are the same.

Thank you for responding. Yes, I am familiar with that thread. My concern is that the card seems to be running maxed out. Is it a matter of that the card has only 8GB and I am using it all with multiple sessions? Would I be better served with 12GB in a card like this?

The VRAM amount appears fine (i.e. using less than a gigabyte on the graphics card). However, the GPU load is probably due to the multiple game instances. From my crash course, there is software to help better manage game resources when (multi-)boxing.
