I noticed your S17 model looks a lot like a Clevo D900F. I also noticed you offer Windows XP on this machine.
My understanding is that no Windows XP support (drivers) is offered for this model. I also read on a forum http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?p=5105778 that there is an issue related to ACPI when attempting to install Windows XP on this model. |

Currently Windows XP is an option only because it's a general drop down list that we use for all configurations. However, you are correct, and if you did place your order. During our configuration review before we process your order, a technician would have contacted you about this and requested to change to Vista.
Thank you for the heads up though, we will be taking Windows XP off soon.
