   Apologies for missing your call Sarah, I was at work and by the time I returned your call it was after working hours. 
I understand that DS would like to ship my tower without the video cards installed.
I am curious as to the reason since I haven't read of this being done and a little apprehensive since I would be expected to reinstall them myself...I am not experienced at all in tinkering with liquid cooled video cards and I would not want to damage anything in the process.
You also mentioned something about quick release connectors which would make the installation easier.
If it is your recommendation to ship without the cards installed in order to package the components more securely then I would be willing to give it a shot.
If the tower can ship with the cards securely installed then I would rather do that, but I will call you on Monday and ask for some more information on your recommendation.
