Sarah Can you post the specs / speed of the Lightscribe Drive compared to the BlueRay read write drive. I have both and was woundering which drive would be faster for CD / DVD use ... games.

the DVD burner will have faster write speeds then the bluray but for RW they both have the same speed.

We carry different brands of those drives and it would be difficult to give you a 100% correct answer.
 
My recommendation is to download a speed testing tool, and have it give you benchmarks on read speeds on both drives.
 
This way, you have your own unique performance numbers for your very setup.
