Save Configuration is not sending e-mail

Not sure where to post this, but the Save Configuration does not seem to be sending the e-mail with the saved configuration.  To aid in tracking down what may be the problem, I selected "will be purchasing within a week" as a option.

What configurator were you using? The workstation and desktop PC sections are down.

Game systems - the email from today eventually showed up.  The ones from last night are lost in the ether.
