Seagate drive question

   I have a 750GB Seagate Barracuda drive.  It has a matching model and firmware version for the problems that have been reported in the past week.

This drive is currently functioning (and has very little data on it yet), but from what I understand it's a good idea to go ahead and do the firmware upgrade.

So here's the problem:  The drive is installed in a NAS without an optical drive to boot from.  How do I do a firmware upgrade from an ISO image across my network?  ....while making sure the ISO locates the proper drive?
