Does anyone know if there’s enough room for a secondary screen between the glass and the PSU shroud?

The DS Lumos build uses the extremely popular Corsair Crystal Series 570X case. The 3 intake fans are at the front where the filter screen is placed, so an extra big screen isn't really needed on the main window side of the case. I can tell you that whatever case you select, screens or not...dust will still get in and will need cleaning out on occasion.

i was meaning a lcd screen. i was going to be doing the monitoring software to have vitals posted on the screen inside the case.

That can only be determined by you and the size of the hardware (lcd monitoring screen) you intend to install. The case is pretty large inside and we don't really use those monitoring screens as a general rule. If any DS  members have them in their systems more than likely they were installed by them and hopefully they will advise us.
