Security Software and More Than 1 Hard Drive

I'm planning on having at least 2 hard drives on my new gaming PC.  In order to keep all of the hard drives protected from malware - do I need to run 2 separate security suites (firewall, anti-virus, anti-spyware, etc.) on each hard drive?

other drives are basically seen like a folder.

anti viruses protect your whole PC.

Thank you both for answering my question.  I'm glad to see that only one security suite is needed to protect multiple hard drives on a PC.
