Hello everyone. I purchased a PC less than a year ago from digital storm, after three months I got a message saying select boot device. I tried to fix it but gave up for awhile, contacted digital storm and I never got a message back. I read online that the harddrive had to be first in boot order but harddrive is missing. Is there a way to know if the harddrive failed or are there any other possible solutions? I emailed digital storm again but haven't heard back for two days this time. Figured I'd try here. Thanks in advance

Best that you work with DS Support on this.
You said you had emailed...but did you go to Support > Request Help and fill out a Support Request?    If you did and still have not heard back, you can try an email to our DS Management fixer here on the forums...Alex tends to get fast results. [email protected].

Make sure you include your System ID or Order # and describe the problem. Someone will get back to you....

I had a similar issue with my Nova laptop. My hard drive was faulty. They sent me a new one under warranty and its been all good since!

Have you tried checking the wired connections inside your CPU case. This problem becomes persistent in humid conditions when moisture cloggs the connections.
If that is the problem then just clean the circuit thoroughly.
