By any chance does Digital Storm have a record of original serial numbers associated to various critical parts of the computers they make? If I wanted to have the original serial number of the video card or processor would that be on file? Please dont say "just look in the computer, because its not currently available.

Does this mean that your rig was stolen or lost in some disaster? Yikes.
Well, I do not know what DSO keeps on file, but I surely hope this works out for you. It sounds like your going through a bad time.
