Hey Guys,
I just picked up 2 80gb Intel SSD's that I plan to set up in RAID 0. I just have a quick question during the install of windows. I know the first thing to do is to set up the drives for RAID in the bios and the intel storage manager. My question is during the install of windows, will I need to install any raid drivers? Been reading online and there are many discussions stating that win 7 already have the drivers on the disk. Is this true? |

do you know you're not going to see much of a performance difference by putting ssd's in a raid 0?

it will work. set BIOS to RAID, set up RAID in Intel RAID program, then install windows 7.. all will work, but you will need to Install Intel Rapid storage technology program after you get windows installed
