Can anyone tell me how accurate the shipping dates are from Digital Storm? I have to move in the next 2 weeks and wanna make sure i am there to receive my pc.

I see that you are a BREAD order, and due to fraud protection on BREAD's side, I recommend that we re-make an order with your new address.
Their fraud policy does not allow us to change address on your order. If you are ok with this, I can mark your order cancelled, refund your original loan, and once your new order is placed I can put you back in line where your original order was, not a new later ship date. |

Nav i appreciate the response. I talked to Christian today and he assured me my shipment will be shipping out the 27th of this month. So if that dates accurate it shouldn't be a problem as i have until the 6th of August to be out of my current house.

Hey Nav, I was looking at my shipping address and I seem to have mis typed it putting By Blvd instead of Bay Blvd. Can that be changed or will it auto correct itself when UPS/FED/ or whoever ,Ship it? |

What time are you calling at? Email eh depends on who’s assigned and reading them and lots of things. Calling remember they are on the west coast so if you live on EST (East coast time. The phone hours are from 12-8 or something . Call multiple times if you have to in case calls bounce. Eventually you’ll get ahold of someone. Or avert your concerns to Alex the supervisor found in these forums and he can help you out usually to a greater extent than the normal employees being he’s well a supervisor. |

It depends on what the item is for example if people ordered a certain part they have to wait til it arrives causing a delay in the third stage or fourth or right before it. |

Congrats. I've been waiting for like 2 days now. Fedex first said Saturday for delivery, then sunday now it just says "no delivery date" on the tracking. |

I waited for about a month. Which yes its frustrating waiting but i also understand im not the only one ordering a pc. I see so many people on here complaining, which if you wanted your pc the sameday as you ordered it you could of got a pre built at walmart. I'm very satisfied with my product and have nothing but great things to say about DS. From start to finish, it was nothing great dealing with them. Also i wouldnt worry too much on what stage your on as DS doesn't update as they go. I went from Stage 2-7 in a day.

When I said 2 days, I meant after their original delivery date. It needs a 21+ signature, which means when they said it'll be here that day, I can't leave and do anything, including weekdays during work. So yeah, can be a bit of an issue. Edited by Hades - 28 Jul 2020 at 11:57am |

Easy fix to that issue. Have them hold the shipment at a Fed Ex location, then you wont have to worry. |
