its fine, I'm also on the east coast (DC) and just to be sure, I ordered the crate, that way I have nothing to worry about.

We take extensive measures to ensure the safest possible transit for our systems:
 
1. When we build the system, our technicians refrain from using push tabs when possible for large graphic cards and use screws instead to ensure they stay secured.
 
2. When we package our systems, we include a special expanding foam inside the chassis that molds and hardens to the shape of your components to ensure they don't dislodge in shipping.
 
3. We use heavy, reinforced cardboard with specially designed packaging that holds the computer suspended in mid-air to absorb shocks, vibrations from shipping abuse.
