Hello Digital Storm

I am planning to buy a HIGH END liquid cooled computer. But I live in Hungary, or to be exact, I study in Hungary.

Is it possible to ship to Hungary?
If it is not, can I pay more to make the shipment to Hungary?
(Same question with Norway)

Please answer me. I have sent several mails to you through the customer service, and I have only gotten a few answer, but suddenly you stop answering.
