Hello, I am currently living in Germany and recently bought a new x17D Laptop. I was told by Digital Storm that there would be no issues with shipping to an APO address. The computer shipped on August 25th. I received the speakers about two weeks ago, but have received nothing since. The USPS Track & Confirm website has the package leaving St. Paul, MN on August 29th but no updates after that.

I emailed Digital Storm but never received a response (Cannot call the 866 number from here), and USPS said I have to wait 75 days to file a claim.

I've never had any trouble shipping to an APO address in the past. I shipped my Hailstorm desktop (a 70 lb. package) and received it in one week. Does anyone have any insight as to why I would receive only one box from the package? Is there anything else I can do? I'll be in Afghanistan by the time I'm able to file a claim through the Post Office, and I'm not even sure that the computer was insured. Any help would be appreciated.

Its not unusual for packages to arrive at two different times. I think I actually responded to you, however I do not remember your order number at this time. If you would like to shoot me an e-mail with your order number I can have one of our customer service reps take a look into this for you and find out what is going on.

We do insure all of our packages for the full value, so regardless of if its just delayed, or if something has happened, we got you covered.
